Meet Our Founder & Leadership Coach
Twenty-five years as a C-suite leader and start-up co-founder taught me what creates breakthrough results—and what gets in the way. I've helped guide venture-backed startups from initial vision through product innovation, go-to-market launch, high growth, and international scale to successful exits, including two IPOs and four M&A transactions.
Those experiences taught me that strategy, resources and people matter, but what matters most is that your team execution is aligned around vision, purpose, values and results.
That's where my focus is now—helping you create the alignment and execution that turns good ideas into transformational results, sustainable growth and ROI.
My coaching combines C-suite experience with formal training in executive leadership and coaching: BA in Interpersonal and Organizational Communications (CSULB); MA in Leadership (Fuller Seminary); Executive Certification in Digital Transformation (UC Berkeley); and Executive Coaching Certification from the Co-Active Institute.
My Mission is to empower leaders to align their vision, purpose, values and strategy with the people, resources and team execution needed to make their vision real.
